You and your guest will receive round-trip airfare from anywhere in the U.S., even if you are in different locations. Feel free to invite a family member or that old college buddy you haven't seen in a while.
After you complete the registration form, GM Financial will take care of booking your flight based on the preferences you listed on the form. Please do not book your ticket directly as we will be unable to reimburse you for the cost.
After your flight has been booked, you will receive:
- An email from Concur with official booking information
- An email from Altour with official ticketing information
For changes: You have 24 hours after your flight is booked to make any changes. Please email SalesandCreditSupport@gmfinancial.com if any changes are needed during or after this time frame. Do not call the Altour travel agency directly.
For upgrades: Once you have received your email from Altour, you are welcome to go directly to the airline website to upgrade your seat. However, please be aware this cost will not be covered by GM Financial.
