who like to be in the know, below is some information regarding your trip.
You and your guest will receive round-trip airfare from anywhere in the U.S., even if you are in different locations. Feel free to invite a family member or that old college buddy you haven't seen in a while.
After you complete the registration form, GMF will take care of booking your flight based on the preferences you listed on the form. Please do not book your ticket directly as we will be unable to reimburse you for the cost.
After your flight has been booked, you will receive an email from BDC Travel with your ticketing information.
For changes: You have 24 hours after your flight is booked to make any changes. Please email SalesandCreditSupport@gmfinancial.com if any changes are needed during the flight or after this time frame. Do not call BDC Travel directly.
For upgrades: Once you have received your email from BDC Travel, you are welcome to go directly to the airline website to upgrade your seat. However, please be aware this cost will not be covered by GMF.
You will be staying at The Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth located at 200 Main St. Fort Worth, TX 76102. Check-in is 3 p.m. CT and checkout is at 11 a.m. CT.
We will also arrange for premium transportation to and from DFW Airport, as well as group transportation to the stadium. You will receive a notice with all the important information about a week before your trip.
